September 20th, 2009 Bavington State Game Lands (Hillman State Park), Bavington, PA

Mountain Bike Time. Technical, twisty singletrack loop.
· Racers will start at 1 minute intervals.
· Registration starts at 8:00 AM and closes promptly at 9:30 AM.
· Race starts at 10:00 AM.
Directions:
· From RT 22 (West of Pittsburgh). Exit at Bavington. At stop sign make a right, go 100 yds, make a left onto old RT 22. Travel 3.3 miles look for Month of Mud sign. Make right onto a semi paved road. Go 1.1 Miles park along side of road. No Facilities.

Traditional Cyclocross Race. Equal Parts road, dirt and grass with multiple runups.
· Registration starts at 8:00 AM and closes 30 minutes prior to first race.
· Experts, vets and singlespeeds start at 10:00 AM. Remaining classes will start at approximately 11:15 AM.
Directions:
Traveling North on RT 60 take Aliquippa exit (Exit #10). Turn left off the ramp (west), stay on road for about 6 miles to stop sign at RT 18 (Shell gas station at intersection). Turn Right onto RT 18, park will be on your right 400 meters down RT 18. Address for Mapquest, Google Maps or GPS: 100 Winford Lane 15001.

Traditional Cyclocross Race. Equal Parts road, dirt and grass with multiple runups.
Registration opens at 8:00am and closes at 9:45am for Expert Men, Expert Women, Veterans and Single Speeds.
Registration opens at 8:00am and closes at approximately 11:00am for Sport, Beginners, Women, Masters and Juniors.

Directions:
From I-79 follow signs towards Grove City. Make left at McDonalds. Park is approximately 1 mile on left.

Multiple Lap Cross Country Mountain Bike Race
· Registration starts at 8:00 AM and closes 30 minutes prior to first race.
· All classes start at 10:00 AM.
Directions:
From RT 60 (Chippewa exit), follow 51 south approximately 2.5 miles. Park is on the right. Registration and race will start at horse rink just past ice skating rink.

Multiple Lap Cross Country Mountain Bike Race (Technical course designed by Travis Saeler (Gary Fisher 29’er Crew)
· Registration starts at 8:00 AM and closes 30 minutes prior to first race.
· All classes start at 10:00 AM.
· Race will be staged from Marina Parking Lot. DO NOT PARK AT DAVIS HOLLOW MARINA.
Directions:
I-79 to Portersville exit, follow signs to Marina North Shore.
OVERALL AWARDS TO FOLLOW MORAINE STATE PARK RACE

· No Licenses required
· No Pre-Registration
· Mountain Bike or Cyclocross Bikes welcome at all events.
· Spare Bikes can be used at all races, we want you to finish.
· Classes: Expert, Expert Vet(35-44), Masters(45+), Expert Women, Sport, Beginner, Beginner Women, Junior(16 and under), and Singlespeed.
· Points awarded at each race: 15 points for 1st, 14 points for 2nd, 13 points for 3rd…
· Helmets are required for all races.
· No headphones, Ipods, MP3 players, etc… during races.

· Please arrive early to register. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to start of first race.
· Race Fees: $20 Men’s Classes
$15 Women’s Classes
$10 Junior
· A $2 service fee will be charged for Raccoon and Moraine park/trail development.
